* Deposits are non refundable

Deposit to reserve Balloon Couture By Veronica for the date of event is due no later than 14 business days prior to event. In the event that the deposit is not received in the time frame requested the total amount due + $30 rush order fee will need to be paid in full to finalize order.

**Balance will be due 5pm the last business day prior to event date.

*It is to be understood that unless other wise discussed any materials used to execute the above said items belong to Balloon Couture By Veronica. If any of the materials are taken or missing when Balloon Couture By Veronica returns for pick-up, the purchaser/rentee will be held responsible for compensation of materials (up to $500).

*Balloon Couture By Veronica will not be held responsible if balloon arrangements change shape, deflate, or pop due to the weather or change of temperature in venue. Balloon Couture by Veronica will not be held responsible if injury occurs due to balloon structure or arrangement falling over caused by high winds or extreme weather. Although It is common to use balloons for Outdoor events we DO NOT RECOMMEND to do so because of how unpredictable mother nature can be. If you decide to do so we highly recommend shaded areas, tent or pavilion. Latex Balloons will naturally lose their luster in outdoor climates do to oxidation of the material.

*Balloon arrangements and decor should not be moved or altered after put in place. Balloon Couture will not be responsible if arrangement is broken after being touched or moved by someone other than event decorator.

In the event the event is rescheduled or canceled , deposit will be converted to a credit to be used within a year of date of the original event. Balloon couture will accommodate new date pending availability.

Bounce Houses-

Bounce house and blower can not be outdoors in rain or extreme weather. Must be un-inflated and moved in a protected area.

Otherwise- Bounce house should not be moved once inflated. Allow at least 35 mins for inflatable to be setup. If balloon decorations are added allow an additional 30 -60mins to setup time( no charge for this setup time). Must be setup on grass, on mats or indoors on level ground. No Concrete, rocks or gravel. Do not put near fire. Do not add water to bounce house. Bounce house requires 15’Lx15’Wx 15”H space.

Balloon couture by Veronica or Couture House Events LLC will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by persons bouncing in bounce house. Renter must take full responsibility for their guests and bouncers.

Bounce house rules must be adhered to during entire length of rental.

• No Somersaults or Climbing walls
• Adult Supervision Required
• Recommended Ages 3-11
